Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled machine operator to join our team and work on various packaging lines.

As a machine operator, you will be responsible for:

• Setting up, operating, and adjusting machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production processes
• Checking the quality of the products and making sure they meet the required standards
• Identifying and resolving any issues or malfunctions that may occur with the machinery or the production process
• Following safety protocols
• Documenting and reporting production data, incidents, and issues to supervisors or management
• Collaborating and communicating with coworkers, supervisors, and maintenance technicians

To be successful as a machine operator, you should have:

• Previous experience in operating machinery or working in a production environment
• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Attention to detail and quality standards
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
