Position Summary:
Responsible for assisting in the production of baked goods, ensuring food safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance. This part-time role involves preparing, baking, and packaging products while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Production Support: Assist in the preparation and baking of various products according to established recipes and procedures.
• Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks on ingredients and finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Product Testing: Bake products to test and ensure they meet quality standards, including appearance, flavor, and texture.
• Food Safety: Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Safe Work Practices, and hygiene standards to maintain food safety.
• Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain baking equipment, including ovens, mixers, and scales.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including ingredient usage and product output.
• Sanitation: Ensure work areas are kept clean and sanitary, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Problem Solving: Report any issues related to food safety, quality, or equipment to the supervisor and assist in resolving them.

• Basic understanding of food safety and quality standards.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team in Poughkeepsie, NY. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility. Your expertise in preventative maintenance, plumbing, and various mechanical systems will be essential in maintaining our equipment and facilities. Responsibilities

• Independently perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment.
• Conduct equipment troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Perform facility maintenance and modifications as needed.
• Carry out heavy equipment repairs and maintenance.
• Perform machine safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Set up machines for production runs and conduct manual machining as required.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Collaborate with team members to improve facility operations and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong skills in plumbing, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of industrial and manufacturing engineering principles preferred.
• Experience with heavy equipment repair and maintenance.
• Familiarity with machine safety inspections and setups for production runs.
• Manual machining skills and welding experience are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize projects.
• Must meet physical requirements, including the ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
