The Business Development Analyst role supports company growth by combining analytical expertise with sales support, delivering customer-facing insights, managing sales pipelines, collaborating with supply chain, and producing detailed business reports that Assist in analyzing business trends, supporting sales initiatives and contributing to projects that improve processes throughout the organization.

Customer-Facing Insights & Sales Support

  • Assist in preparing customer presentations and reports.
  • Model revenue for new products and accounts (size opportunities and identify whitespace).
  • Manage internal sales pipeline by tracking opportunities through a stage-gate process.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain to align timelines and support demand planning accuracy.
  • Analyze customer buying patterns, pricing, and SKU mix to inform account strategy.
  • Support pricing updates through margin analysis and competitive benchmarking.

Business & Market Analytics

  • Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on sales performance, distribution, category trends, and projections.
  • Maintain dashboards that track revenue, margin, forecast accuracy, and cost drivers.
  • Conduct project-based analysis (SKU rationalization and competitive analysis).
  • Build and enhance Excel and Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards to visualize customer and product performance, ensuring clarity and actionable insights.
  • Develop templates, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and standardized reporting tools to improve internal sales workflows and responsiveness.
  • Stay informed on data analysis trends and tools.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Up to 3 years experience, including related internships, co-ops, or academic projects.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, basic scenario modeling).
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Ideal candidate is proactive problem solver with strong analytical curiosity and confident presenting information to cross-functional teams and customers.

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team in Poughkeepsie, NY. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility. Your expertise in preventative maintenance, plumbing, and various mechanical systems will be essential in maintaining our equipment and facilities.   • Experience with heavy equipment repair and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with machine safety inspections and setups for production runs.
  • Manual machining skills and welding experience are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize projects.
  • Must meet physical requirements, including the ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.

The Sanitation Team Lead oversees and supports the sanitation crew to ensure all tasks are completed according to the Master Sanitation Schedule. This position leads the cleaning and sanitizing of production areas and equipment efficiently and in full compliance with established Sanitation Procedures. This role also contributes to continuous improvement by identifying and assisting with corrective and preventive actions for sanitation-related non-conformances.
