- Develop, implement, and maintain HACCP plans in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to food safety protocols.
- Provide training and support to staff on HACCP principles and practices.
- Analyze data and monitor critical control points to identify potential hazards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address food safety issues and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to HACCP compliance and food safety audits.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes related to food safety.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field.
- Proven experience in food safety, quality assurance, or HACCP coordination.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- CERTIFICATION in HACCP or related food safety programs is a plus.
