Driver CDL Class A / Warehouse Support

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Driver CDL Class A/Warehouse Support to join our team in Poughkeepsie, NY. In this dual role, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods while also assisting with warehouse operations. Responsibilities

• Operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport goods to designated locations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of items.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing products in the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations and improve efficiency.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while on the road and in the warehouse.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a truck driver and/or warehouse worker.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in transportation and warehousing.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or warehousing are a plus.
